Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience required.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and responsible with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; good written and spoken English; coding or automation skills preferred (Excel VBA Macros, SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• PO management: place and manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to resolve order and payment issues.
• Shipment management: tracking shipments, RMA, and liaising with logistics, import/export teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve material issues including receiving discrepancies and quality issues.
• Work with GSM & GCM to resolve material allocation, supply and pricing issues.
• Support accounting and suppliers in resolving invoice and payment-related issues.
• Maintain effective communication to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth purchasing operations.
