Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE is seeking a Senior Specialist Services and Solutions Procurement to lead project procurement strategy for the Eastern Province hub. You will drive value through supplier selection, bid analysis, and risk management across project and non-project needs.

Responsibilities include RFQ execution, vendor management, logistics coordination, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while supporting growth and profitability objectives.

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain/Engineering; 7+ years in process automation, EPC, or large oil & gas industries.
Experience with sub-contract services and outsourcing.
Strong knowledge of procurement practices, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive project procurement strategy to support hub growth and cash flow improvement.
Handle RFQs, bid analysis, and supplier evaluations to ensure competitive pricing and delivery.
Collaborate with Project Managers to develop procurement plans and execution strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for all purchases.
Provide logistics and warehouse support to the project delivery team and oversee end-to-end procurement activities.
