Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE is seeking a Technical Leader to own the technical solutions for PreFab Data Center projects in the region. You will be the primary technical contact during tender and design phases, directing design proposals, calculations, diagrams, and data to meet owner requirements and optimize cost and reliability.

You'll lead a multidisciplinary engineering team on medium to large complex projects, coordinate with solutions sales, customers, and sub-consultants, ensure code

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
10+ years infrastructure project experience in multinational teams.
10+ years technical experience in Data Center Solutions.
Strong customer-facing abilities and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

Lead design and technical solutions for tender phase.
Develop design basis and supporting documents, including diagrams and calculations.
Coordinate with sub-consultants and vendors for quotes and design cohesion.
Provide technical narratives for proposals and ensure compliance.
Support production, delivery, and field teams through project lifecycle.
