Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain/Engineering with min 7 years in EPC, process automation, or large Oil & Gas industries.
• Experience with sub-contract services and outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of procurement practices, regulations, and policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive project procurement strategy to support hub business growth, profitability, and cash flow.
• Procurement activities for project requirements aligned with schedules, specifications, and budgets.
• Create and execute Project Procurement Plan and Execution Strategy with Project Managers/Coordinators.
• Identify key 3rd party suppliers and sub-contractors for framework agreements to improve pricing and margins.
• Manage bid processes: bid panels, RFQs, bid evaluations, and commercial summaries.
