Job summary

Client on One95 Global in Riyadh seeks an experienced MEP Procurement Specialist to manage technical procurement of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and BMS materials and equipment for major projects. You will review drawings, BOQs, specifications and vendor lists, prepare RFQs, conduct supplier evaluations and negotiate techno-commercial terms to optimize cost and delivery.

10–15 years Saudi market experience is essential, with transferable iqama and immediate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
10-15 years of MEP contracting / procurement experience.
Must be in Saudi Arabia (transferable Iqama) and available immediately.
Saudi market experience essential.

Responsibilities

Manage technical procurement of electrical, mechanical HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and BMS materials and equipment.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, material submittals and approved vendor lists to define procurement requirements and verify compliance with project requirements.
Prepare RFQs and conduct technical evaluation of supplier offers including compliance deviations, exclusions and alternatives.
Perform techno-commercial comparisons, supplier negotiations, value engineering and cost optimisation.
Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, QA/QC, Planning and Commercial teams to ensure materials meet project requirements and delivery schedules.
