Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Strategic Account Manager to lead relationships with government water authorities, consultants and EPCs. You will drive value-based solution selling and influence early project design with engineering partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7–10 years of successful sales experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to the Water & Wastewater (WWW) segment in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong existing network with KSA water authorities (SWCC, NWC), consultants, and major EPCs.
• Deep knowledge of automation (PLC, SCADA, telemetry), variable speed drives (VSDs), MV/LV power distribution, and digital water software solutions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government water authorities, private developers, major consultants, and EPC contractors.
• Prescribe Schneider Electric solutions at the early stages of project design in collaboration with engineering consultants.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the Water & Wastewater segment in Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with Tender, Project Execution, Technical Support and Marketing teams to deliver winning commercial proposals.
