Job summary

KBR is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to lead governance for project controls policies, reporting standards, and PMIS systems such as Unifier and P6. You will develop dashboards, manage the IMS, and drive continual improvements across districts and master plans.

Reporting to the Project Controls Director, you will oversee weekly to executive level dashboards, KPI definitions, and action tracking while ensuring governance compliance and training for PMCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, architecture, construction management, planning, management information systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of post-graduation experience.
• PMI-Project Management Professional, AACE- CCP or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent prior experience.
• Sound knowledge of controls and reporting aspects of major civil, infrastructure and development projects including urban developments, high-rise buildings, roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Experienced user of MS Office and understanding of project reporting software including Oracle Unifier, P6, Aconex, etc.
• Fluency in English language both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and training of the PMCs to facilitate the understanding of the Programme, policies, processes and associated project management information systems and applications.
• Maintain, implement, and administer the PMC onboarding process and welcome pack documents and continuously update the PMC onboarding tracker.
• Maintain and implement the Project Controls governance structure, including roles and responsibilities (RACI) across all levels downstream.
• Review the existing structure, propose improvements, and align with on required updates/changes.
• Maintain, review and update all Reporting Governance Documents, including management plans, manuals, guidelines, templates, etc.
• Develop, implement, and administer a comprehensive programme meeting and reporting Calendar for assigned District/Master Plan.
