The role requires 15+ years in project controls/PM, proficiency in Primavera P6/Microsoft Project, and strong leadership to guide project teams within Saudi Vision 2030 goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in project controls/PM in engineering/construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project controls strategies.
• Establish baselines for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor performance and prepare detailed stakeholder reports.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
