Job summary

JASARA PMC in Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Controls Specialist to strengthen our project management capabilities across infrastructure initiatives. You will develop, implement, and control project management processes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and optimal use of resources.

The role requires 8+ years in project controls or management, proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and strong data analysis and communication skills to support management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls or project management roles.
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of earned value management (EVM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project controls processes, including cost control, schedule management, and risk management
• Analyze project data to track performance and identify trends
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders on project status
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and schedules
• Facilitate project change management, including impacts on cost and schedule
• Conduct audits and reviews of project controls practices to ensure compliance with standards
• Provide training and support to project teams on best practices in project controls
