Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management with 15+ years of experience, strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project controls, ideally in construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and scheduling activities to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
• Assist the client to analyze and track the variations/claims approval process.
• Monitor project performance, analyzing key metrics and reporting findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of project control systems, workflows, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify deviations from plans and work on corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and clients on project status, cost, and schedule.
• Participate in risk management processes, ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigated.
• Foster communication between different project stakeholders to enhance project coordination.
