Job summary

NADEC Foods in Haradh is seeking a Specialist – Scheduling to ensure production continuity by coordinating schedules with Supply Chain and Production teams. You will assess raw-material availability, track scheduling accuracy, and communicate risks to stakeholders to keep the production plan on track.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years' experience in Production or Material Planning, with strong Excel skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Supply Planning, or Production Scheduling.
• Understanding of raw-material planning and its impact on production schedules.
• Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Support production scheduling based on production requirements and raw-material availability.
• Assess material availability and identify potential shortages or constraints that may impact production.
• Coordinate scheduling priorities with Supply Chain, Production, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules and proactively identify potential delays or supply-related risks.
• Support resource and material planning to ensure efficient production execution.
• Maintain accurate and reliable schedules and planning data.
• Prepare regular scheduling and production progress reports.
• Communicate scheduling changes, material constraints, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes.
