Job summary

NADEC is seeking a Specialist – MRP to drive material planning for production in Riyadh. You will develop MRP-based plans, monitor inventory, coordinate with Procurement and Production, and ensure timely material availability to support manufacturing schedules.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years' experience with SAP/ERP systems, plus strong analytical and communication skills in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in material planning or inventory.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; English and Arabic fluency.

Responsibilities

• Develop material requirements plans based on production schedules, forecasts, and historical demand.
• Ensure materials are available on time to support production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete materials.
• Use MRP systems to forecast and plan material requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Procurement to address material shortages or delivery delays.
• Work closely with Production Scheduling to align material availability with production plans.
• Adjust material plans based on changes in production schedules or demand.
• Analyze inventory, material consumption, lead times, and planning performance.
• Prepare material planning reports and monitor key planning KPIs.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth material flow.

As a Specialist – MRP, you will be responsible for material requirements planning, inventory analysis, and coordinating material availability with production schedules while working closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and other Supply Chain stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Good understanding of MRP and material requirements planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
