Job summary

Talent Diamond in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to join its Supply Chain team. The role focuses on forecasting, production and material planning, inventory optimization, and coordinating across warehouses and branches to ensure availability at the right time and cost.

Responsibilities include analyzing forecasts, developing production plans based on stock and capacity, and coordinating with procurement and logistics to secure material availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Hands-on experience in Demand and Supply Planning.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
• Strong SAP knowledge, particularly DSP/APO.
• Good understanding of production planning, material planning, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze forecasts, capacity, stock, and production capacity.
• Conduct SKU-level forecast analysis to improve demand planning accuracy.
• Monitor DSP KPIs and support corrective actions.
• Review sales trends and identify demand drivers.
• Prepare statistical forecasts to support the sales forecasting process.
• Develop production plans based on stock, capacity, demand, and actual sales trends.
• Plan raw and packaging material requirements considering stock levels, warehouse capacity, shelf life, and cost.
• Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to ensure material availability for required production volumes.
• Prepare supply and dispatch plans to maintain stock balance and minimize shortages, excess stock, and aging inventory.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Ensure planning documentation and system records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate closely between Commercial, Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse, and Technical teams regarding volumes and supply requirements.

Our client, a leading FMCG and beverage company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to join its Supply Chain team in Madinah.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time and cost. The role will focus on demand forecasting, production planning, material planning, inventory optimization, and supply/dispatch planning across warehouses and branches in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
