Job summary

NADEC Foods in Haradh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Supervisor for Raw & Pack Warehouse to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure safe material handling, and maintain inventory integrity. You will manage receiving, storage, and issuance while enforcing quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years in logistics/warehouse work, including supervisory experience; FMCG experience is preferred and SAP/ERP proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-4 years logistics/warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• FMCG/Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory control processes.
• Experience handling raw and packaging materials.
• SAP/ERP warehouse transaction experience.
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, and issuance of raw and packaging materials.
• Ensure timely and accurate material issuance to Production.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory controls.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and material traceability.
• Ensure accurate SAP transactions, including GRNs, transfers, issues, and returns.
• Maintain proper material handling, labeling, bin locations, and storage conditions.
• Lead shift planning and supervise, train, and develop warehouse employees.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, hygiene, PPE, and quality requirements.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and inventory status and ensure audit readiness.
