Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for Material Plan & Execution in Dammam. The role focuses on planning and scheduling materials to meet customer requirements, coordinating with regional teams, and translating forecasts into orders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in material or production planning, with SAP, Excel, and ideally Power BI. The position is office-based in Saudi Arabia with a 1-year contract that can be extended.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in material planning, production planning or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Diploma or higher in supply chain or related field.
• Knowledge of MRP/MPS concepts and planning fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Forecast regional and global demand (12-18 months) with regional teams.
• Convert demand plans into physical orders while aligning with customer needs.
• Analyze demand, inventory, and aging to optimize supply.
• Plan timelines to meet customer requirements while minimizing costs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery and AMO to manage parts and assets.
• Support continuous improvement projects in planning processes.
