Job summary

Flow is seeking a Procurement Engineer based in Saudi Arabia to own end-to-end procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operational supplies for our Riyadh portfolio. You will lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost control while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with local regulations.

Reporting to the Head of Program Design & Development, you will build a strong supplier network, manage ERP records, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes to scale Flow's

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience in hospitality, real estate, luxury residential, or fit-out.
• Experience working in KSA or GCC strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage.
• Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems, Excel/Google Sheets, inventory management tools, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operations in KSA.
• Build and manage supplier network; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Lead RFQ and bidding; evaluate suppliers and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain procurement documentation (POs, contracts, invoices, records).
• Manage purchasing workflows from request through delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain ERP records for orders, costs, receipts, inventory.
• Monitor market pricing and supplier performance to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with SASO, VAT, Saudization, and import rules.
