Job summary

Flow is seeking a Procurement Engineer in Riyadh to own and build Flow's procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operational supplies for residential communities. You will lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost control, and on-time delivery, reporting to the Head of Program Design & Development, MENA.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement, English fluency, GCC experience preferred, and strong ERP/Excel skills. Experience in real estate or hospitality sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in procurement or purchasing.
• Experience in GCC or KSA preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operations in KSA.
• Build and manage supplier network across KSA with pricing and terms.
• Lead RFQ processes, bid evaluations, and supplier performance reviews.
• Maintain procurement documentation: POs, contracts, invoices, vendor records.
• Coordinate purchasing workflows with Design, Facilities, Operations, and Finance.
• Maintain ERP records for orders, costs, and inventory.
• Monitor market pricing and supplier performance to reduce risk.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including SASO, VAT, Saudization.

Role Description

The Procurement Engineer is an individual contributor who will own and build Flow's procurement function across our KSA portfolio, with an immediate focus on FF&E, facilities, and operational supplies for our residential communities in Riyadh. Reporting to the Head of Program Design & Development, MENA – Physical Delivery, this is a hands-on, KSA-based role combining strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost control, and execution. The Procurement Engineer is accountable for ensuring the right products are sourced at the right quality and cost — and delivered on time.

Core Scope

• Own end-to-end procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operational categories in KSA — ensuring quality, cost, and delivery requirements are consistently met.
• Build and manage a strong supplier network across KSA, negotiating pricing, contracts, commercial terms, and service levels.
• Lead RFQ and competitive bidding processes, evaluate suppliers, and conduct regular performance reviews with key partners.
• Maintain complete and accurate procurement documentation, including POs, contracts, invoices, vendor records, order acknowledgements, and freight documentation.
• Manage purchasing workflows from request through delivery, coordinating closely with Design & Development, Facilities, Operations, and Finance.
• Maintain accurate ERP records for orders, costs, receipts, inventory, and related procurement data.
• Monitor KSA market pricing, supply conditions, and vendor performance to identify cost savings and reduce supply risk.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations including SASO standards, VAT documentation, Saudization (Nitaqat) obligations, and import requirements.
• Anticipate supply requirements, identify potential disruptions early, and develop alternative sourcing solutions.
• Continuously improve procurement processes, reporting, systems, and controls as Flow scales.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, luxury residential, or fit-out.

5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in construction, fit-out, hospitality, real estate, or luxury residential sectors.

Experience working in KSA or the broader GCC strongly preferred.

Full professional fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.

Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems, Excel or Google Sheets, inventory management tools, expense/invoice platforms, and operational reporting systems.
