Job summary

Tas'Helat Marketing Co. (Fuel Stations Chain) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Corporate Planning Specialist to support board meetings, governance processes, and performance reporting.

You will consolidate data, prepare reports, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely, accurate communications to executives and shareholders. The role requires 3–5 years in corporate planning or governance support, strong analytics, and fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate planning, shareholders’ management, or governance support roles.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to summarize complex information clearly.
• Experience in report preparation, presentation formatting, and inter-department coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project tracking tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency preferred; English and Arabic fluent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and consolidation of materials for Board of Directors and Shareholder meetings.
• Compile, verify, and format data for reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support documentation, tracking, and follow-up of Board and Shareholder resolutions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic performance reports with data consolidation and validation.
• Provide analytical summaries, presentations, and visual reports for internal use or shareholder communication.
• Handle and organize confidential files, records, and reports.
• Arrange meetings, workshops, and engagements involving shareholders or management; manage logistics and minute-taking.
• Execute ad-hoc tasks for Corporate Planning Director, CEO, or management.
• Contribute to process and report improvements within Corporate Planning.
• Maintain internal trackers for KPIs, board deliverables, and transformation milestones.
