Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Planning & Performance Management Analyst to lead KPI development, dashboards, and reports across the Gas Planning & Performance Management Dept. You will drive annual plans, budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.

The role requires advanced analytics, data visualization using Tableau/Power BI, and collaboration with senior leaders to deliver data-driven insights and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, MIS or related field.
• 5 years of experience in planning, performance management or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior stakeholders.
• CMA or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets.
• Develop annual plans and budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Create complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights.
• Perform advanced financial analysis, including modeling and forecasting.
• Identify process improvements to enhance planning and performance management.
