Job description

Provide specialized consulting to support the government entity in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic plans, ensuring alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and national programs, and enhancing organizational performance according to best practices and government standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the current status of the entity using approved strategic planning tools.
  • Support the formulation and updating of the vision, mission, values, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop long-term and medium-term strategic plans and link them to execution initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of the strategic plan with national strategies and policies.
  • Develop strategic performance indicators and monitor progress toward targets.
  • Track strategy implementation and provide periodic reports to senior management.
  • Provide improvement recommendations based on performance measurement and strategic analysis.
  • Facilitate workshops and strategic meetings with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support organizational transformation and change management programs.
  • Comply with governance requirements, regulations, and government rules.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Strategic Planning, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Public Administration is preferred.
