Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7–10 years in corporate performance management, strategic planning, or business analysis.
• 3+ years in a managerial role and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with KPI development and enterprise performance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the corporate performance management framework aligned with strategic objectives.
• Design, implement, and monitor corporate, departmental, and individual KPIs.
• Coordinate annual target-setting with department heads and leaders.
• Prepare executive performance dashboards and periodic reports.
• Benchmark performance against industry standards and drive continuous improvement.
