Job summary

Hamat is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Strategy Management Office to drive planning, alignment, and governance across strategic initiatives in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate annual planning, OKR roll-down, and the standardization of delivery tools.

The role focuses on performance tracking, KPI management, and data-driven reporting to support executive decision-making and continuous process improvements in a multi-stakeholder GCC/KSA context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in the GCC/KSA in strategy, enterprise transformation, performance management, or management consulting, preferably within large-scale organizations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate annual planning and roll-down of OKRs aligned with corporate strategy.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates, tools, and processes for project execution and reporting.
• Lead weekly progress reviews and manage Reporting Framework and Cadence.
• Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Track departmental KPIs, establish/maintain calculation methodologies, and manage performance reviews.
• Identify, initiate, and support adoption of new operational processes and improvements.
