Job summary

Barza Consulting is partnering with a Banking Institution in Saudi Arabia to recruit a Performance Management Advisor. This role requires 10+ years in performance management, KPI governance, and enterprise frameworks. Proficiency in Power BI and HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / Workday is essential for executive reporting.

You will lead end-to-end cycles, develop KPIs, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or Talent Management in Banking or Financial Services.
• Must have prior work experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong KPI design, scorecard development and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance management cycle including goals, mid-year reviews and appraisals.
• Develop and govern performance frameworks, policies, processes, and standards.
• Design, review and validate KPIs and scorecards across functions.
• Collaborate with leaders to align objectives with strategy and drive dashboards.
