Job summary

Reef Group, a leading Saudi lifestyle retailer, is seeking a Senior Performance Management Specialist to support the implementation of our performance cycle, develop KPIs, and review evaluation results. You will work closely with departments to ensure objectives and KPIs are clear, measurable, and aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, periodic reporting, and driving performance improvement plans in collaboration with managers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in performance management or HR analytics.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Experience with KPI development and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the performance management cycle according to approved timelines.
• Coordinate with departments to develop and update employee KPIs.
• Review performance indicators to ensure they are clear, measurable, and aligned with job responsibilities.
• Monitor the entry and approval of employee objectives and KPIs within approved systems.
• Follow up on periodic and annual performance evaluations.
• Analyze performance results and identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring improvement.
• Prepare periodic reports on performance results, completion rates, challenges, and observations.
• Follow up on employee Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in coordination with managers.
• Maintain accurate performance records, evaluation results, and related reports.
