Job summary

ACI Worldwide seeks a Senior Solution Consultant in Saudi Arabia to augment sales opportunities by understanding customer challenges and mapping ACI solutions to their needs. The role collaborates with Market Product Managers and Product Marketing to define value propositions and account plans for long-term solution adoption.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to articulate business value to multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in software development.
• Four years of related work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate business value to teams, stakeholders, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Participates as strategic product representative in end-to-end sales process and contributes to the development of specific opportunities.
• Defines value propositions and long term solution strategies for opportunities to assist Sales in progressing deals.
• Identifies business development opportunities through scoping customer engagements and external industry trends.
• Provides guidance on solution design options and impacts of modifications on the system.
• Ensures client business objectives are met and integrated into the implementation plan.
• Creates presentations, proposals, and papers to assist in selling product solutions.
• Collaborates with solution consultants, account reps, customer managers, project managers, and leadership.
• Develops value propositions within multiple industries and product families.
• Maintains expert level knowledge of product and industry in the sales arena.
