Qualifications

5+ years in Enterprise B2B solution sales or account management in the KSA BFSI sector.
Proven track record of securing renewals and upselling offshore delivery services.
Strong relationship and negotiation skills at senior levels.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.

Responsibilities

GTM & pipeline: plan and grow outsourcing footprint in KSA target industries.
Deal leadership: manage RFI/RFP end-to-end with compelling proposals.
Pipeline dynamics: maintain healthy funnel with new enterprise prospects.
Forecasting: provide accurate weekly pipeline insights to leadership.
Account management: renewals, upsell, onboarding two new major clients yearly.
Account advocacy: monitor health and ensure SLA-aligned delivery.
Executive management: build C-Suite relationships and cross-functional alignment.
