Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Human Resources Specialist in the Eastern Province (Al Khobar) to support Organizational Development and payroll activities. You will collaborate with the Human Capital Leader to enhance HR practices, review structures, update job descriptions, and drive performance management initiatives.

The role requires 4–6 years of HR experience, a relevant degree, and professional HR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience with Organizational Development and payroll exposure.
• Certified HR professional required (CIPD SHRM-CP PHRi or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support Organizational Development initiatives to improve effectiveness.
• Review and maintain organizational structures and position information.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions aligned with needs.
• Assist in job evaluation, grading, and position mapping.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies and Employee Handbook.
• Support performance management processes and documentation.
• Coordinate Individual Development Plans and training initiatives.
• Contribute to competency framework development and maintenance.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics for decision making.
• Support manpower planning and reporting on vacancies.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately for holding company and subsidiaries.
• Review payroll inputs and reconcile discrepancies.
• Handle end-of-service benefits and settlements per policy.
• Maintain confidential payroll and employee data.
• Assist HR systems administration and data accuracy.
• Suggest improvements to HR workflows and processes.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities as needed.
• Prepare HR presentations and communications related to Organizational Development.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
• Assist on HR projects as required.
