Job summary

Reef Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Organizational Design & Workforce Planning Specialist to design and develop organizational structures and workforce plans across the group. The role analyzes needs, workforce requirements and structural effectiveness to align with strategy and business objectives.

The successful candidate will maintain charts and data, prepare workforce analyses, and support restructuring projects to ensure efficient and scalable org design for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in organizational design or workforce planning.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update organizational structures across Reef Group.
• Analyze structures to identify gaps, overlaps and improvement opportunities.
• Review proposals to create, modify, or merge departments and positions.
• Analyze spans of control and organizational layers.
• Maintain org charts, job titles, reporting lines and workforce data.
• Prepare workforce plans and analyze manpower requirements.
• Analyze headcount, vacancies and workforce gaps.
• Review requests for new positions and organizational changes with recommendations.
• Prepare reports, analyses and dashboards on structures and planning.
• Support restructuring projects and implementation of changes.
