Saudi Damons, based at our Head Office in Riyadh, is hiring a Project Sales Consultant to drive office furniture projects in the Saudi market. You will identify opportunities, manage the sales cycle from lead to contract, and coordinate with design, procurement, installation, and after-sales teams.

You will build lasting relationships with designers, contractors, developers, and corporate clients while traveling for client visits as needed. Arabic and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• 1 year of sales experience in Saudi Arabia preferred, especially in office furniture or project sales.
• Strong project sales skills with ability to develop business opportunities, negotiate, and manage projects.
• Arabic speaker with good command of English for business communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business opportunities for office furniture projects in the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain relationships with designers, contractors, developers, and dealers.
• Manage full sales process including lead generation, needs analysis, proposal, negotiations, and contract delivery.
• Understand workspace requirements and provide office furniture solutions.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, installation, and after-sales teams for timely project execution.
• Monitor payments and minimize financial risk; follow up on accounts receivable.
• Prepare sales forecasts, progress updates, and analyses to support strategy.
• Participate in exhibitions and events to boost brand presence.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
