Qualifications

• Based in Riyadh, KSA, with ability to travel domestically.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• 5–6 years of experience in business development, government project sales, or client-facing roles.
• Background in office furniture, fit-out, construction, architecture, design, or related material industries is preferred; cross-industry candidates must demonstrate strong sales capabilities and existing client networks.
• Professional appearance with strong communication and presentation skills; willing and able to engage in frequent client visits and front-line business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies targeting key government institutions and private sector clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, fit-out companies, and end-users to drive brand specification at the project design stage.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities from government and design channels, converting leads into sales.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia as needed to meet clients at project sites and build local networks.
• Coordinate client meetings and presentations for the reporting manager to ensure high-level engagement runs smoothly.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold brand reputation.
