Job summary

MBRF is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to manage end-to-end sales in Modern Trade within Saudi Arabia. You will drive sales targets, ensure product availability, visibility and strong in-store execution across key accounts.

You will develop and expand customer relationships, present promotions, coordinate with Trade Marketing and Logistics, monitor payments and prepare weekly reports to the Sales Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in retail/Modern Trade as Sales Exec or Merchandiser.
• Arabic and basic English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales process within the Modern Trade channel and contribute to the achievement of sales targets
• Manage product availability, visibility and display across assigned key account customers, ensuring strong in-store execution and customer service
• Develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to activate and grow new customers
• Present promotions, offers and commercial activities to customers and ensure their effective execution in the market
• Maintain and expand shelf share across assigned accounts, working closely with Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Key Account Development, Logistics and Sales Excellence teams
• Manage BDA and channel activities, ensuring agreed plans are implemented effectively and on time
• Monitor NTE and product damages, taking the necessary actions to keep them within budget
• Follow up on customer payments and manage collections, including cheque and cash payments where applicable
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor within agreed timelines
• Represent the company professionally and operate in line with company policies, HSE standards, food safety requirements and applicable procedures
