Job summary

Saudico, established construction firm and a leader in the Saudi market, seeks an experienced Sales & Marketing professional. You will drive market share growth, build strategic partnerships with contractors and distributors, and lead efforts across sales planning and customer management.

With a strong background in building materials and fluent Arabic, you will coordinate with technical teams and represent the company at industry events to expand Saudico’s national presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Admin, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in sales and marketing in building materials sector.
• Minimum 5 years in the Saudi market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, dealers, developers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage and expand the company’s customer and distributor network.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and manage sales targets, forecasts, budgets, and commercial plans.
• Coordinate with technical and production teams to meet market and customer requirements.
• Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and events.
• Support development and management of the sales and marketing team.
