Job summary

Saudico, established construction firm and a leader in the Saudi market, seeks an experienced Sales & Marketing professional. You will drive market share growth, build strategic partnerships with contractors and distributors, and lead efforts across sales planning and customer management.

With a strong background in building materials and fluent Arabic, you will coordinate with technical teams and represent the company at industry events to expand Saudico’s national presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Admin, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in sales and marketing in building materials sector.
• Minimum 5 years in the Saudi market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.

Job Description

To prepare and update architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings accurately in accordance with approved designs, project specifications, and applicable standards, while ensuring proper coordination among the various engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and additional sales channels within the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, dealers, developers, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.
• Manage and expand the company’s customer and distributor network.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and manage sales targets, forecasts, budgets, and commercial plans.
• Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure products meet market and customer requirements.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry-related events.
• Support the development and management of the sales and marketing team in line with business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing within the building materials sector.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Experience in mortar, dry-mix mortar, tile adhesives, grouts, plaster, cementitious products, or related construction materials.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction and building materials market.
• Established professional relationships with contractors, distributors, dealers, and relevant industry stakeholders.
• Proven track record in achieving sales growth and developing new business.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
