Job summary

Front End is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead the procurement function across Maritime, Offshore, Energy, and multiple technology verticals from its Saudi-based operations.

The role requires deep maritime procurement experience, BIMCO/OCIMF knowledge, and a track record in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract governance across a fast-growing industrial group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a Director-level role.
• Maritime and offshore procurement expertise, including charter party obligations and vessel spares.
• Familiarity with BIMCO contracts and OCIMF TMSA/SIRE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead maritime and offshore procurement for vessel operations, spares, and port services.
• Drive enterprise-wide strategic sourcing across multiple verticals.
• Negotiate major supplier contracts and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Maintain AVL alignment with Saudi Aramco SRMS and ensure audit-ready tender files.
• Develop supplier performance management and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Drive ERP (NetSuite) adoption and integration with project management tools.
