Job summary

Front End is seeking an Offshore Director to unify marine operations and business development for its offshore capability. You will report to the CEO and drive fleet operations, project delivery, and commercial strategy to ensure safe, compliant, and profitable execution across oil & gas, renewables, and related maritime work.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience (typically 15+ years) in offshore marine / OSV operations and fleet management.
• Demonstrable P&L ownership and success in winning and profitably delivering offshore contracts.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Aramco offshore/marine operating requirements and the regional market.
• Strong command of marine HSE, marine assurance, and international standards (IMO, DNV, BIMCO, OCIMF, ISPS).
• Experience operating at executive level and reporting to a CEO or Board.

Responsibilities

• Own the offshore P&L and deliver annual business plan, revenue, and margin targets.
• Lead bids, tenders, RFQs, and proposals across chartering, subsea, survey, and decommissioning.
• Define commercial strategy and pricing; structure contracts to protect margin and cashflow.
• Maintain standardized bid models and ensure profitable, well-managed contracts.
• Develop partnerships, JV/consortia, and key supplier relationships to extend capabilities.
• Maintain Saudi Aramco qualification standing and client satisfaction.
