Job summary

Front End Limited Company is seeking an Offshore Director in Saudi Arabia to unite marine operations and business development under one leadership. The role reports to the CEO and ensures safe, compliant, and profitable offshore delivery across the fleet, subsea, and project delivery domains.

The successful candidate will drive the offshore P&L, develop the commercial pipeline, structure contracts to protect margin, and lead strategic partnerships while maintaining strong Aramco relationships

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience (15+ years) in offshore marine/OSV operations and offshore projects.
Proven P&L ownership and commercial success in offshore chartering/subsea projects.
Deep knowledge of Saudi Aramco offshore/marine operating requirements.
Strong marine HSE, assurance, and international standards knowledge (IMO, DNV, BIMCO, OCIMF, ISPS).
Engineering background with business education; MBA strongly preferred.
Experience operating at executive level reporting to CEO or Board.

Responsibilities

Own offshore P&L; set and deliver annual plan, revenue and margin targets.
Build and convert offshore commercial pipeline; bids, RFQs, and proposals.
Define pricing logic; structure charter/contracts to protect margin and manage risk.
Set a standardized bid model and minimum bid floor for profitable contracts.
Develop partnerships, JV arrangements, and key supplier relationships.
Maintain relationships with tier-1 clients, with focus on Aramco qualification and performance.
