Job summary

JASARA PMC in Riyadh seeks an accomplished Procurement Director to lead strategy and execution for major projects in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate is a Western-educated procurement professional with about 25 years of experience, including exposure to mega projects and a strong PMC background. You will oversee contracts, tendering, vendor management, and supply-chain activities while leading large, multicultural teams and engaging with clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of progressive procurement experience, preferably within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or major capital projects.
• Western education from a recognized university.
• Proven track record managing procurement for mega projects in the GCC.
• Strong PMC experience is highly preferred.
• Extensive experience developing and implementing procurement strategies for large, complex projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, tendering, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and supply-chain management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multicultural procurement teams and work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of GCC procurement practices, market conditions, and major international suppliers/contractors.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on high-value, fast-paced projects with demanding delivery schedules.
