Job summary

bdi Saudi is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead our most strategic client relationships from our Riyadh office. You will develop deep client partnerships, understand business needs, and ensure clients receive maximum value from our services.

The role requires a strong track record in key account management within the GCC, with the ability to craft account strategies, conduct business reviews, and coordinate with internal teams to drive revenue and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management.
• Proven track record of growing and retaining key accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience working in the GCC region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with strategic key accounts.
• Develop account strategies to maximize revenue and retention.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare forecasts and account performance reports.
• Travel as needed to meet with key clients.
