Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an accomplished Project Director - Infrastructure to lead delivery of major infrastructure and masterplan projects across Saudi Arabia. This senior client-facing role requires strategic leadership across planning, design, management and delivery for government entities, giga-projects, and private clients.

Strong track record with international consultancies and civil engineering background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure delivery, or major development programmes.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure and masterplan projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Provide strategic leadership from planning through to close-out.
• Oversee budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and project controls.
• Manage client relationships with government entities, developers, and authorities.
• Ensure quality, risk management, and contractual compliance across programmes.
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams.
