Job summary

WSP is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to support the delivery of major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across Saudi Arabia. You will manage multidisciplinary project teams driving successful project execution, maintaining relationships and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
PMP certification, Chartered Engineer status, or equivalent professional accreditation is desirable.
Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
Manage multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams across all project phases.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts and delivery strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with quality standards.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders; develop and maintain strong client relationships.
