Job summary

WSP in the Middle East seeks an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to deliver major infrastructure and masterplan projects across Saudi Arabia. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships with government authorities and developers.

The role requires a strong civil engineering background, 12–15+ years of experience, and a track record with leading international engineering consultancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12–15+ years in engineering consultancy or major development programmes.
• Experience with international consultancies on large infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong client-facing skills with government authorities and developers.
• PMP certification or Chartered Engineer status desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary design teams across all project phases.
• Develop execution plans, schedules and resource forecasts.
• Ensure delivery on time, budget and quality standards.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions; manage risks and variations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and lead governance and reporting.
