Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an accomplished Project Director - Infrastructure to lead major infrastructure and masterplan programmes in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee planning, design, management and delivery with government entities, giga-project developers and private clients.

As a senior client-facing leader, you will drive performance, ensure technical excellence, maintain robust client relationships and guide strategic direction for the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Chartered/ PMP accreditation desirable.
• 20+ years in engineering consultancy or major infrastructure programmes.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership, client management, and commercial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Set execution strategies, governance, plans, and performance targets.
• Manage budgets, resources, forecasting, profitability, and risks.
• Oversee client relationships and executive-level engagement.
• Drive bids, tenders, and strategic growth within the sector.
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary project teams.
