Job summary

Efficio, a specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, seeks a Senior HR Advisor for Riyadh on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with senior leaders, manage employee relations, and ensure Saudi compliance across government platforms.

Based in Riyadh, you will work three days a week in the office, translating business plans into practical people strategies while handling HR operations, performance, and Saudization matters.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of progressive HR experience with strong business partnering.
• Hands-on experience using Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI) independently.
• Working knowledge of Saudi employment law, Saudization programmes, and local requirements.
• Experience advising managers on performance and sensitive people matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with leaders, managers and employees in Saudi Arabia.
• Translate workforce needs and regulatory requirements into practical people plans.
• Coach managers through team dynamics, feedback and employee development.
• Manage employee relations with confidentiality and consistency; advise on performance, probation and grievances.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation and compliance with government portals.
