Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the people strategy for the Manufacturing function, aligning workforce planning, talent management, and HR operations with business goals.

Reporting to the HR Director, this role focuses on compliance with Saudi labour regulations and delivering proactive HR services across the employee lifecycle, performance, rewards, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and development within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Labour Law and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems including HRIS and ATS platforms; data analysis for HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to manufacturing leadership on organisational design and workforce planning.
• Translate business objectives into effective HR strategies and action plans.
• Lead HR operations and lifecycle management including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and government regulations (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad).
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Operations, Government Relations, Finance, Legal, HSE, and others to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Drive performance management and rewards initiatives in alignment with company goals.
