Job summary

Reporting to the HR Director, you will shape people strategy across organizational development, HR business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations in a fast-growing tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Performance Management, Organization Development, and Talent Management.
• Hands-on expertise in designing performance systems, job architecture, competencies, and career frameworks.
• Certified KPI Professional (C-KPI) certification is highly preferred; OD or Talent Management certifications like CIPD/SHRM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR function across the full employee lifecycle.
• Partner with business leaders to align workforce plans with objectives.
