Job summary

GRG in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned HR Business Partner (Sr. Manager) to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, engagement, and capability building in a fast-evolving consumer goods business.

You will lead design and execution of people strategies, partner on workforce planning, talent development, change initiatives, and M&A integration, with a Saudization focus and close collaboration with executives.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will provide operational HR support and strategic advisory to senior leadership, with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, capability building, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, structure effectiveness, capability building, and employee engagement.
• Provide HR consulting and advisory support across performance management, recruitment, termination, rewards, and employee relations.

Seniority & Role Expectations – Sr. Manager

• Approximately 80% operational execution and 20% strategic contribution.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into practical HR solutions.
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Strong focus on problem-solving, process improvement, and business alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR priorities while maintaining a strong commercial and business perspective.
• Saudi National only (Saudization requirement).
• Strong HR Business Partnering experience with exposure to both operational HR and strategic people initiatives.
• Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, talent, performance management, and employee relations would be highly relevant.
