Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Director of Sales TMTT EEMEA to lead the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies business across the EEMEA region, including direct and distributor markets. You will shape and execute the long-term strategy, accelerate growth, and drive adoption of innovative therapies while building a world-class commercial organization.

You will partner with global and regional units to launch new innovations, strengthen market access, and develop Centers of Excellence

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries.
• Experience driving growth and launches in MedTech or cardiovascular fields.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement and market access dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale the TMTT business across EEMEA, direct and distributor markets.
• Define and execute long-term strategic direction for EEMEA TMTT.
• Develop strategies to expand patient access and reimbursement pathways.
• Build a high-performing regional organization with succession planning.
• Establish key partnerships with KOLs, referral networks, and educational platforms.
