The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the Facility Management sector in Saudi Arabia, along with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in Saudi Arabia's Facility Management sector.
• Proven success in managing large-scale FM contracts (SAR 50M+ preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Engage and secure high-value client partnerships in the FM sector.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for various FM projects.
• Lead the preparation of RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain relations with ministries and corporate clients.
