Job summary

almajal Group is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the facility management sector in Jeddah. You will identify new opportunities, secure corporate contracts, and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of B2B sales experience within FM or real estate, plus strong negotiation, networking, proposal writing, and presentation skills, and familiarity with IFM services and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B sales or business development in FM or real estate.
• Strong negotiation, networking, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with integrated facility management (IFM) services and local market regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for hard and soft facility management services (e.g., HVAC, maintenance, security, cleaning).
• Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
• Bidding & Proposals: Lead the end‑to‑end tender process, including drafting proposals, cost estimations, and delivering client presentations.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with key decision‑makers, property managers, and corporate clients.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new revenue streams.
