Job summary

Abacus is seeking a Director Sales – KSA to lead enterprise growth in the Kingdom. You will own revenue targets, build strategic pipelines, and close seven-figure transformation deals across Data & AI, Cloud Migration & Modernization, API Management, and iPaaS.

Role requires deep KSA enterprise networks, C-level access, and a track record of guiding large, multi-year engagements with public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Strong network within KSA with C-level relationships.
• Proven track record of closing $1M+ transformation deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver revenue targets for the KSA market.
• Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline (3–5x coverage).
• Close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs with multi-million USD opportunities.
• Engage with executive technology stakeholders (CIO/CTO/CDO).
